Nancy Drew and the Mystery of the Park Bungalow

Just thought I'd post some photos on the blog... most of them are on Facebook but I wanted to post them here too.
This is my home.  I'm pretty sure it was once the setting for one of the 7 million Nancy Drew novels, where Nancy has to go to a national park and seek out who murdered an obnoxious tourist... the answer lies in the bungalow, where the killer--a mountain goat--had been hiding.

This is the Avenue of Flags at Mt. Rushmore; it's pretty cool, all of the states and their state flags are represented. Pure Americana.

Some Junior Rangers wanted to get their picture taken with me, obviously because I'm the coolest and most attractive park ranger that ever lived.... Here they pose with their badges and official certificates. (Note the to-scale G.W. nose in the background.)

That's me in front of Mt. Rushmore... oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that Mt. Rushmore is really tiny.

This is my closet. Every time I look at it, I feel like a cartoon character.

  1. the home is super cute- and absolutely a scene from nancy drew/jessica fletcher (from murder she wrote)

i thought the junior rangers were a bit older, these munchkins are like micro rangers in my opinion, obviously cuties though

you are a cartoon character. where's the hat though? and do you need to iron the outfit-- iron in the back--?

  2. Say hi to Nancy for me, even though I here she's a huge bitch.

Those shirts make it look like you're earning merit badges.

Those kids are adorable. Steal one.

You need some firearms to complete the ensemble.

The arrival of Muffins is imminent.
